*As of now, we do not plan to hold a pre-opening lottery on Thursday, April 30, but this may change depending on the situation.

Fukuoka PARCO Main Building 1F “Concourse” side entrance by that time.
※To avoid inconveniencing pedestrians,
please do not wait near the PARCO entrance before the designated gathering time.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※Since this is a lottery system, there is no need to wait from early in the morning.
*Depending on the crowd situation on the day or the outside temperature,
and out of consideration for the safety and well-being of those waiting in line,
we may have to change the start time for lining up.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.

②For those who arrive by 9:30 a.m.,
we will conduct a lottery based on purchase order as soon as everyone is lined up.
*Please note that depending on crowd conditions on the day, we may switch to a time-slot lottery system.

*If the system is changed to a time-slot lottery, you will be asked to disperse after the lottery is held.
After opening time, waiting lines will form for each time slot in the aisle next to Ishibashi Music Store on the 8th floor. Please gather 5 minutes before the entry time listed on your lottery ticket.

[Regarding Admission for Customers Who Did Not Participate in the Pre-Opening Lottery]

・On the day of the event, general admission will begin once priority admission for customers who participated in the pre-opening lottery has concluded.

*Specific details regarding the start time for general admission will be announced at Store X on the day of the event.

Customers who did not participate in the pre-opening lottery and wish to make a purchase are asked to visit the store after general admission begins.

*Please note that temporary crowding is expected when general admission begins.

Please be aware that, depending on the situation, we may ask you to line up or take other measures at the start of general admission.

*We cannot reissue numbered tickets if they are lost.
*Numbered tickets will be collected at the register when you make a purchase.
(Please note that you may not be able to make a purchase if you lose or forget your ticket.)
(We cannot verify your identity using anything other than the physical ticket, such as a photo.)
*Please note that if we cannot confirm you were in line when you entered the store earlier,
you will be asked to join the end of the line even if you have a ticket.

*Inside Fukuoka PARCO,
to avoid causing inconvenience to other customers and stores,
please refrain from the following behaviors:
・Private sales or exchanges between customers
・Carrying and displaying cases, files, or similar items
・Meeting up in crowded areas such as
escalators, stairs, or around the store
・Any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers or stores
If we observe such behavior, our staff or security personnel will approach you.
(Depending on the situation, we may ask you to leave the premises.)
