please gather at the Northeast Entrance on the 1st floor of Fukuoka PARCO Main Building.

please do not wait near the PARCO entrance before the designated gathering time.

*Since entry is determined by a lottery, there is no need to wait from early in the morning.
*Depending on the day’s crowd conditions and outdoor temperature,
and in consideration of the safety and well-being of those waiting in line,
we may have to change the start time for lining up.

②For those who arrive by 9:00 a.m.,
once everyone is lined up, we will conduct a lottery to determine purchase time slots.
*Depending on the crowd conditions on the day,
we may change this to a lottery based on purchase order.

Purchase Time Slot Lottery: We will use a lottery to determine the time slot during which you may enter the area.

(Example) Customers who draw a ticket for entry between 11:30 and 11:40 will be escorted to the section during this time.

Please wait inside the store or on other floors until your entry time.

③ After the lottery concludes, please disperse for the time being.

Please gather at the meeting point indicated on your numbered ticket—5 minutes before yourentry time in the hallway next to Ishibashi Music Store on the 8th floor of the Main Building.

(Example) Customers who drew a numbered ticket for admission between 11:30 and 11:40 should gather at the meeting point at 11:25.

*We cannot reissue numbered tickets if they are lost.
*Numbered tickets will be collected upon entry, so
if you lose or forget yours, you will not be able to make a purchase.
(We cannot verify your identity using anything other than the physical ticket, such as a photo.)
*Please note that if we cannot confirm you were in line when you entered the store earlier,
you will be asked to join the end of the line even if you have a ticket.

*Inside Fukuoka PARCO,
to avoid causing inconvenience to other customers and stores,
please refrain from the following behaviors:
・Private sales or exchanges between customers
・Carrying and displaying cases, files, or similar items
・Meeting up in crowded areas such as
escalators, stairs, or around the store
・Any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers or stores
If we observe such behavior, our staff or security personnel will approach you.
(Depending on the situation, we may ask you to leave the premises.)
